At xImagine.org ("the Service"), we provide instant-access AI image and video generation — including Grok Imagine integration, Grok Video (image-to-video conversion), image editing tools, and all credit-based generation features. This policy outlines our billing practices for AI generation credits, credit pack rules, refund eligibility, service delivery terms, and fraud prevention measures to ensure a transparent and secure experience for all creators.

1. Payment and Fees

xImagine.org operates on a credit-based model. When purchasing AI generation credit packs — for image generation, Grok Video, or image editing features — you must provide accurate and authorized payment information.

By purchasing credits, you authorize xImagine.org and our payment partner (Stripe) to charge your payment method for the one-time credit pack purchase. There are no recurring subscriptions — all credit packs are one-time purchases with specified validity periods.

Billing disputes must be reported within sixty (60) days. Credit pack pricing may be updated periodically, and changes will be communicated in advance through email or in-platform notices.

Stripe processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including refunded or canceled transactions.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your credit purchases, and prices may vary based on region, currency conversion, or local regulations.

2. AI Generation Credit Management

AI generation credits are delivered instantly upon purchase and are valid for the period specified in your credit pack:

  • Free Trial: 1 month validity (10 credits)
  • Starter Pack: 1 month validity (240 credits)
  • Professional Pack: 2 months validity (680 credits)
  • Studio Pack: 3 months validity (2800 credits)

Credits expire at the end of their validity period and cannot be extended or refunded after expiration.

Account sharing, automated scripts, or unauthorized API usage may result in account suspension without refund.

Credits are consumed based on generation complexity — features like high-resolution output, Grok Video generation, advanced image editing, and batch processing consume more credits per generation.

3. Refund Policy

Our AI generation service delivers credits and access to generation features instantly upon purchase. We offer free trial credits so users can evaluate our AI image and video generation quality before committing to a credit pack.



3.1 24-Hour Refund Window
Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase, and only if no credits have been consumed. Once any credit has been used for generation, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 24 hours of credit pack purchase
  • Zero credits must have been consumed at the time of the request
  • Contact our support team at [email protected] with your purchase details


3.2 Service Delivery
Once AI generation credits are issued to your account or generation features are unlocked, the service is considered delivered and fulfilled.

Credits that have been consumed (used for any generation) are non-refundable, regardless of the output quality or outcome. Unconsumed credits may be eligible for a refund within the 24-hour window described above.



3.3 Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
  • Refund requests submitted within 24 hours of purchase with zero credits consumed
  • Duplicate payments (accidental repeat transactions)
  • Confirmed unauthorized charges (after identity verification)
  • Verified technical failures that prevented any access to generation features


3.4 Non-refundable situations:
  • Refund requests made more than 24 hours after purchase
  • Credits that have been consumed (used for any generation), regardless of output quality
  • Stripe processing fees (non-refundable by Stripe)
  • Content policy violations resulting in account suspension
  • Proven fraudulent activity or abuse of systems
  • Credits that have expired due to validity period completion


3.5 Refund Process:

Refunds, when approved, are issued only to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank (typically 5–10 business days).

Users should contact our support team at [email protected] before initiating a dispute with their bank. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in delayed processing or account restrictions.

Filing false or abusive refund requests may result in suspension, termination, or liability for related fees and losses.

4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

If a dispute is filed after a refund has already been issued, the user may be responsible for any associated dispute fees charged by the payment processor.

Users who repeatedly initiate chargebacks against xImagine.org credit purchases, or who misuse the dispute system, may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned from our platform.

We reserve the right to deny future service to accounts involved in chargeback abuse.

We strongly encourage users to contact us directly at [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase for eligible refund requests, rather than initiating chargebacks with their bank.

5. Security and Fraud Prevention

We maintain strict fraud prevention and security protocols across the xImagine.org platform, including:

  • Industry-standard security practices for all AI generations and data transmissions
  • User identity and payment verification
  • Secure encryption through Stripe
  • Machine-learning fraud detection systems
  • Continuous monitoring and infrastructure security enhancements

Accounts involved in fraudulent behavior — including stolen credit cards, unauthorized API access, or credit system abuse — may be suspended or terminated immediately. We may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

Users must provide accurate information and comply with our Terms of Service and applicable laws when using xImagine.org.

6. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our AI generation features, credit systems, or legal requirements. Updates take effect immediately upon publication.
